Invest in Physical, Allocated Gold and Silver Bullion

Vision offers customers the opportunity to invest in (or trade) physical gold and silver within the framework of a securities account held with the firm. The gold and silver is not subject to a trust deed. It is the outright property of the customer from the instant it is bought to the instant it is sold.

Vision’s physical gold and silver program may serve as a core holding for long-term inflation protection and asset class diversification or an investor may choose to follow the timing signals of his or her Investment Advisor to take advantage of the volatility of the precious metal markets and trade with all or a portion of their bullion position.

Using Vision as an intermediary to invest in physical, allocated gold and silver has many advantages including the following:

• Customers have the convenience of trading bullion through a securities account with Vision rather than having to open a separate account with BullionVault, a London-based gold and silver broker. The bullion can also be held in an Individual Retirement Account through Vision.
• Trades are done in bulk so the individual customers may enjoy breakpoints on the commission rates versus costs associated with an individual purchase.
• Each purchase and sale (and any resulting positions) are viewable on a daily basis within Vision’s password protected Web site and each transaction will generate an official trade confirmation specific to the individual client.
• A major advantage of utilizing Vision for these investments is that by offering them within the structure of a securities account, each client is able to enjoy the Securities Investors Protection Corporation (“SIPC”) coverage that all securities accounts provide.

The standard bullion bars are at least 99.5% pure gold and silver ingots and have been kept continuously in professional bullion storage facilities since they were fabricated. Each bar has a recorded history and an absolute guarantee of its integrity, purity and gold/silver content. All gold is held in Zurich, Switzerland and all silver is held in London, England and stored with ViaMat, a vault operator.
