A. Click on the signup button on the main page, then enter your personal information and click submit. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to activate your account. If you do not receive your e-mail confirmation, please check your spam folder. Q. How do I know when I am connected to the data feed?

Q. It says I'm connected but I can't see any charts or quotes. What do I do?
A. Go to the Edit menu at the top of the window and click on "General Preferences." Change the default month to correspond with the contract month you wish to trade (e.g. 4 for April or 9 for September).
