EnVision Portal

Vision Financial Markets is proud to offer its Introducing Brokers the EnVision portal, a cutting-edge reporting tool that aggregates the information that an IB needs to know into one easy to use interface. EnVision serves as a one-stop login for equity runs, commission reporting, prelims, exclusive Vision research, customer reports and a variety of other useful information.

There are three levels of logins to the EnVision portal, described below:

  1. IB Level: an IB level login shows all information for all brokers in an IB office. The reports and equity run are broken down by broker code, but all brokers information is shown. All statistics given are for the firm as a whole. One IB level login is automatically generated for any new firm.
  2. Broker Level: a broker level login shows equity runs and reporting for one broker. This broker login can contain several different broker codes to separate for retail, hedge or other types of business, but does not show the firm information as a whole.
  3. Customer Level: each end customer with Vision automatically receives a customer login to EnVision. This is where the customer can log in and view information specific to their account, such as their open positions, daily trade confirmations, etc. Customers also have access to research and general trading information.
Daily Information

EnVision provides a quick at-a-glance summary of an IB’s daily business. On the landing page, an IB can view their net equity, number of accounts on call, month-to-date commissions and other useful information. From there, the IB can see their equity run, commission reports, open positions, prelims and a variety of other reports.

Mark-to-Market Summary

One of the most cutting-edge features of EnVision is the mark-to-market summary, a feature present on all levels of EnVision, which shows updated summaries of account balances throughout the trading day (balances are usually delayed by approximately 25 minutes). Using the search function, an IB can quickly give a customer in the office or on the phone an idea of where their account stands. This feature allows IBs to maximize efficiency and better service their clients.

Customizable Reporting

EnVision’s reports, including the prelims and open futures and options reports, all offer a variety of choices so that the IB can view them in whatever manner is most convenient. Reports can be converted to a printable format or to spreadsheet for offline use, and, on the portal, the IB can sort reports by a variety of variables simply by choosing options from the menu on the top of the screen. This allows the IB to easily isolate performance numbers, and more quickly analyze their business.
